By using this website, purchasing tax software, enrolling in a mentorship program or accessing any MRA related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website, purchase our services or access our programs.

This website is operated as the home for MRA Integrity Circle, which provides mentorship, training, guidance and professional development for tax professionals.

Tax software is sold through MRA Tax Pro Software. MRA Tax Pro Software provides access to tax preparation software, software setup support and related service bureau support.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, MRA Integrity Circle refers to the mentorship, training and professional development side of the business. MRA Tax Pro Software refers to tax software purchases, software access, software setup and related software support. MRA, Company, we, our and us may refer to MRA Integrity Circle, MRA Tax Pro Software or MRA Financial Services, depending on the product, service or program being discussed.

MRA Integrity Circle provides mentorship, training, professional development, compliance education and business guidance for tax professionals. MRA Tax Pro Software provides tax software access, software setup support, service bureau related support and related software guidance for tax professionals.

Services may include tax software access, software onboarding, setup support, service bureau related support, tax professional mentorship, compliance education, business strategy guidance, tax preparation process education, community access, live or recorded mentorship sessions and resources connected to your selected package.

The exact services included in your purchase will depend on the software package or mentorship option selected at checkout.

Tax software purchases are sold through MRA Tax Pro Software. A tax software purchase may provide access to a digital tax preparation software system, software setup assistance, onboarding support, service bureau related support and software related guidance.

Software access may be subject to approval, onboarding requirements, identity verification, compliance documentation, signed agreements, software vendor rules, banking partner rules and any other requirements determined by MRA Tax Pro Software, MRA Integrity Circle or any applicable third party provider.

Purchasing tax software does not guarantee approval for bank products, refund transfer products, taxpayer funding, service bureau payouts, EFIN approval, ERO status, PTIN compliance, client volume, tax return volume, business success or income.

MRA Tax Pro Software reserves the right to delay, deny, suspend or revoke software access if required onboarding steps are not completed, required documentation is missing, payment is incomplete, compliance concerns arise or the purchaser violates these Terms and Conditions.

Mentorship programs are offered through MRA Integrity Circle. These programs are designed to provide education, guidance, accountability, professional development and business strategy support for tax professionals.

Mentorship may include training sessions, coaching calls, group support, resources, tax business strategy, compliance education, software guidance and other program benefits depending on the mentorship package purchased.

Mentorship is not a guarantee of income, business success, client volume, tax return volume, EFIN approval, bank product approval or any specific result. Your results depend on your own effort, business decisions, compliance, marketing, client management, consistency, professionalism and ability to properly apply the information provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all federal, state and local requirements necessary to operate as a tax professional. This may include maintaining an active PTIN, obtaining and maintaining an EFIN if applicable, following IRS rules and regulations, following applicable state tax preparation rules, following Circular 230 standards if applicable, following IRS e-file requirements, maintaining a written information security plan if required, protecting taxpayer information, completing proper due diligence, maintaining accurate records, charging clients appropriately, preparing accurate tax returns and complying with all applicable laws, rules and professional standards.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software may provide guidance, education, software support and business resources. However, you remain fully responsible for your own business, clients, tax returns, filings, conduct, compliance and professional decisions.

Information provided through this website, mentorship programs, software support or educational resources is for general informational, educational and business guidance purposes. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software are not acting as your attorney, legal advisor, financial advisor or personal tax representative.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, software access, passwords, portals, accounts and any systems connected to your MRA services. You may not share, sell, transfer or provide unauthorized access to your account, software login, training materials, mentorship resources, community access or any related platform.

Certain software packages or mentorship programs may require completion of onboarding steps before access is granted. Required items may include signed agreements, PTIN verification, EFIN verification if applicable, business information, identity verification, compliance documents, payment confirmation, software setup forms, bank product or vendor requirements and security or confidentiality acknowledgments.

Failure to complete required onboarding steps may delay or prevent access. No refund is owed due to your failure to complete required onboarding steps.

All payments must be made according to the price and payment terms listed at checkout, on your invoice or in your agreement. By submitting payment, you authorize MRA Integrity Circle, MRA Tax Pro Software or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software reserve the right to cancel, suspend or deny access to services if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, incomplete or suspected to be unauthorized.

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact MRA directly with any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or unauthorized payment reversal. If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal, MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke access to software, mentorship, community access, resources, support, training materials and related services.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, gain a certain number of clients, file a certain number of tax returns, receive service bureau fees, obtain bank product approval or achieve any specific business result.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software may use third party platforms, software vendors, payment processors, banking partners, CRM systems, communication tools or other service providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, technical issues, approval denials, funding delays, processing errors, system changes, account restrictions or service interruptions caused by third party providers.

You agree to comply with all applicable third party terms, policies and requirements connected to the software or services you access through MRA.

You are responsible for protecting all taxpayer and client information in your possession. You agree not to misuse, disclose, sell, share or improperly access taxpayer information, client information, software data, business information or confidential materials.

All content, materials, resources, templates, training materials, mentorship content, videos, documents, website content, graphics, branding and other materials provided by MRA Integrity Circle or MRA Tax Pro Software are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, share, teach, modify or use MRA materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Purchasing a software package or mentorship program gives you access for your own professional use only. It does not give you ownership of MRA’s content, systems, materials, brand, methods or intellectual property.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when interacting with MRA Integrity Circle, MRA Tax Pro Software, team members, mentors, other participants, vendors, clients or community members.

MRA reserves the right to remove or terminate access for conduct that is disrespectful, disruptive, dishonest, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, unethical or harmful to the integrity of the program, company or community.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software operate with a strong commitment to integrity, compliance and professional standards. You agree not to use MRA software, mentorship, resources or guidance to engage in fraudulent, misleading, illegal, unethical or non compliant tax preparation practices.

This includes falsifying income, creating false deductions, claiming improper dependents, misusing taxpayer information, filing returns without proper consent, charging unauthorized fees, submitting inaccurate information, ignoring due diligence requirements, sharing software access without permission, misrepresenting your relationship with MRA or violating IRS, state or software vendor rules.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software may suspend or terminate your access to software, mentorship, resources, community areas or related services if you violate these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payment, initiate a payment dispute, fail to complete onboarding, create compliance concerns or engage in conduct that MRA determines to be harmful or inappropriate. Termination of access does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MRA Integrity Circle, MRA Tax Pro Software and any related representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, tax software, mentorship program, resources or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRA Integrity Circle, MRA Tax Pro Software, MRA Financial Services, its owners, representatives, contractors, mentors, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your use of our services, your business operations, your tax preparation work, your client relationships, your misuse of software, your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its security, functionality, forms, payment systems, content or connected platforms.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website, software, mentorship program or related services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

REFUND POLICY

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

All tax software purchases are final and non refundable.

Because tax software is a digital product and access may be granted after purchase, MRA Tax Pro Software does not issue refunds for software purchases, software setup fees, software access fees, service bureau fees or any related digital access connected to software.

Once payment has been completed, the software sale is final.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review the details of the software package before completing payment. If you have questions about a software package, you should contact us before making your purchase.

Software access may require onboarding, signed agreements, compliance review, identity verification, PTIN or EFIN information if applicable, vendor requirements and other setup steps. Failure to complete required onboarding steps does not make the purchase refundable.

Refund requests for mentorship programs must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, all mentorship program sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be reviewed on a case by case basis. MRA Integrity Circle reserves the right to deny a refund request if mentorship access, onboarding materials, training resources, community access, coaching support, digital resources or other program benefits have already been provided.

The refund request should include your name, email address used at purchase, date of purchase, program or package purchased and reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software reserve the right to deny refunds for completed purchases, used services, accessed materials, completed onboarding, issued software access, provided mentorship access, missed sessions, lack of participation, failure to complete onboarding, change of mind after the refund window or failure to use the service.

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact MRA directly with any payment concerns before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback or unauthorized payment reversal.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal, MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke access to software, mentorship, community access, training materials, resources, support and related services.

MRA Integrity Circle and MRA Tax Pro Software may also pursue any outstanding balance, administrative costs, collection costs or other costs connected to the dispute where allowed by law.
